In Cuba, the church is expanding rapidly despite severe poverty, ruined infrastructure, and daily power outages. Lay pastors are stepping up to shepherd these growing congregations, yet the vast majority do so without formal theological training. Through twelve dedicated study centers and distance-learning initiatives, this project delivers rigorous, Bible-based education directly to 450 Cuban pastors and evangelists. The Calling
Cuba's congregations are multiplying despite profound economic hardship, daily power outages, and ruined infrastructure. Across the island, lay pastors frequently step into leadership to shepherd these expanding flocks, yet the vast majority lack formal theological education or resources. To prevent theological drift and pastoral burnout, the NET Foundation and local partners operate twelve study centers and support three distance-learning Bible schools. This network delivers intensive biblical teaching and practical ministry training to 450 pastors and students, anchoring their leadership in sound doctrine so they can faithfully serve an estimated 18,000 congregants.

The first CHF 3,000 sustains the Agape Collection — the craft, the platform, the infrastructure of stewardship. Every CHF beyond that threshold travels directly to Cuba. At a starting bid of CHF 4,500, 3 pastors are fully equipped through a three-year theological program on the spot.
