Europe represents one of the most secularized regions on earth, where traditional ecclesiastical structures face steep decline and vast populations live without an active gospel witness. Across Western, Central, and Eastern Europe, hundreds of municipalities and urban centers lack vibrant Christian communities. M4 Europe formed to address this absence by training church planting teams equipped for long-term spiritual fruitfulness across 19 European nations. The M4 Ready initiative specifically targets the initial stage of this challenge: the identification and formation of young leaders who demonstrate a calling toward ministry. In secular contexts where mentorship is scarce and institutional support is minimal, prospective church planters often lack structured guidance to test their conviction. M4 Ready provides a comprehensive nine-month formation pathway—combining online learning, bi-monthly regional cohorts, and intensive national gatherings. Participants engage six modules covering biblical foundations, evangelism, discipleship, and multiplication. This systematic preparation ensures that emerging leaders move from initial discernment into active church planting teams, building sustainable congregations across Europe.
